How We Work
Stage 1
Discovery Call
A no-cost conversation about what you want to build and why. We ask a lot of questions. You should leave the call knowing whether we are the right fit.
Stage 2
Scope and Proposal
A written scope describing deliverables, timeline, milestones, and fixed or capped pricing. No open-ended hourly engagements unless you specifically want one.
Stage 3
Build and Iterate
Regular check-ins with working demonstrations at each milestone. You see progress, not status reports.
Stage 4
Delivery and Handoff
The prototype, the documentation, and a candid debrief on what we learned, including what we would do differently at production scale.
